Corporate Inclusivity Consulting is a division of Opportunity Enterprises (OE), which has been serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) since 1967. Located in Valparaiso, Indiana, OE is the premier disability services organization in Northwest Indiana. OE currently provides through a suite of programs and services, the following:
- Educational day programs
- Employment services
- Residential support
- Pre-employment transition services
- Respite care
- Camp Lakeside, a fully inclusive summer day camp
With nearly 60 years of experience serving people with disabilities and over 25 providing career services, OE is uniquely positioned to bridge the gap between businesses and this untapped workforce. Corporate Inclusivity Consulting, a division of OE, was launched in service of OE’s mission to create inclusive and equitable opportunities for people of all abilities.
